“Our scholarship program is simple: it levels the playing field.”

“It gives children the opportunity to get the education they would otherwise not be able to afford – whether that’s paying tuition at an independent or private school, a public school outside of their district, online education, or even for home schooling expenses.”

“There was so much interest from families in need – literally from the first day we started.”

“I grew up on Manchester’s West Side. And my education journey started in 2004, with the founding of the Greater Manchester Alliance for the Gifted and the Scholars’ Academy.”

“My time volunteering in education made it extremely clear to me that New Hampshire families needed more access to the amazing K-12 educational opportunities here. I made it my personal mission to empower parents and to create choices for families in education.”

“Then in 2012, the New Hampshire legislature passed the Education Tax Credit law. That made it possible for businesses and individuals to get a tax credit when donating to K-12 scholarship funds for low- and middle-income children.”

“It changed everything for me. That’s when I quit my job and started the Education Tax Credit Scholarship Program. Since the founding, support from benefactors across the state have made it possible for nearly 2,000 New Hampshire children to receive scholarships through our fund.”

“It’s made it possible for them to get the education that is the right fit for them and realize their potential.”
